What is Rethink HSEQ?

Rethink HSEQ addresses a key gap in the profession: non-technical skills. Many senior leaders lack the time and resources to deliberately develop these in themselves and their teams, despite their growing importance. As organisations demand more impact from HSEQ functions, teams must go beyond technical expertise to drive real change.

What started as a series of events has evolved into multiple development pathways to support individuals in building the non-technical skills. Through practical, participant-led learning, we focus on real-world application and tangible results—helping individuals return to their organisations ready to create lasting impact.
